Stepping up, Stepping out
Stepping up. Stepping provides a seamless and coordinated program of service delivery for men exiting the Judy Lazarus Transition Centre. It addresses issues of addiction, homelessness, unemployment, family re-unification to support a successful transition back into the community.
Link Out is a voluntary program in the Loddon-Mallee region for sentenced male prisoners of all ages comprising of pre and post release services. The program has been designed to assist men to prepare for their release from prison and to help them integrate back into the community.
Partners in Recovery Therapeutic Counselling
PIR Therapeutic Counselling is a service for adults and families addressing issues surrounding problematic drug or alcohol use, operating in Melton and additional sites in Werribee, Pakenham and Cranbourne.
Stepping Up is a not for profit collaborative partnership offering specialist, non-judgemental alcohol and drug counselling across Victoria. The four partner organisations are Youth Projects, Odyssey House, Taskforce and Interact.
