Vocational education and training plays a big role in the future of many young people.

Youth Projects offers vocational education and training because it it so important to have access to nationally accredited courses that increase job skills and transition to work from school.

Not everyone wants or needs a university qualification. Getting tailored vocational education and training in a specific field helps you focus your future job plans. And all our training is youth specific and takes place in a friendly, informal environment.

We also offer competitive rates with courses tailored to individual business needs. Government incentives for employers are also available for eligible employees for some courses.

Our training team help employers build a strong, engaged and dedicated team and assist job seekers in gaining the right skills for the job they want.

Melbourne Training Options helps employees and business

At Melbourne Training Options, we know one size doesn’t always fit all. That’s why we get to know individual businesses, and their employee development and training needs, so we can create specific and relevant accredited and non accredited training solutions.

Our team can award competency based qualifications for experienced staff who can demonstrate existing work skills and prior learning.

If they meet the criteria, we can approve and provide the certificate.

Our manuals can be developed with the branding elements of the business, and training can be delivered when and where it suits the employer.
