A Youth-At-Risk specialist Disability Employment Services service for young people aged 16 to 25 years across the North Western and Northern regions of Melbourne

Our unique employment support program has been designed with young people in mind. Leveraging our fantastic performance in the Transition to Work program, we are proud to launch our new program in partnership with COACT.

Our DES service focusses on ability as opposed to a disability. We specialise in supporting young people enduring mental illness or who have an intellectual or physical disability, find and maintain meaningful work!

Our Youth-At-Risk specialist DES service is for young people aged 16 to 25 years across the North Western and Northern regions of Melbourne. Our team will be outreach based and fully mobile, providing young people with pro-active outreach to enable full access into our services. We service everywhere from Coburg, Preston, Greensborough, Epping, Glenroy, Broadmeadows, Cragieburn, Sunbury, Whittlesea and everywhere in between!
