About the Role

Youth Projects has an exciting opportunity in our specialist AOD Youth Outreach Team to work in the growth area of Whittlesea to provide AOD services to young people aged 12 – 25. Our team is growing as we have been contracted to extend our highly successful service in the Whittlesea and surrounding areas. This role delivers flexible and assertive outreach AOD support to young people. We are looking for people with passion and drive to work in emerging communities to create high quality referral pathways and outcomes for young people and their families.
