Youth Projects has an opportunity for a social media intern to join the team and bring our Youth Projects & Good2Go (social enterprise) Facebook and Instagram channels to life through organic content and community growth. You will gain hands-on experience in an energised non-profit environment where you can have a greater impact than just the content you’re creating.

Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Assisting with creating and scheduling content for Facebook + Instagram
  • Draft + edit copy
  • Using native platforms and third party tools to schedule and publish content across Facebook + Instagram
  • Moderate pages on days at Youth Projects
  • Track community growth + engagement statistics

Looking for someone who has:

  • A keen eye for proof-reading and creating striking content
  • An interest and awareness in social trends
  • Some experience in preparing social content and content calendars
  • Basic design skills (not mandatory)
