Melbourne Training Options (MTO) is an RTO (#21619) powered by Youth Projects. MTO delivers high quality nationally accredited courses and a range of non-accredited courses and programs designed to increase the skills of employees and job seekers.

About the Role

The RTO Leader will lead the delivery of high quality nationally accredited courses to increase the skills of learners to become competitive in the job market.

This is a Co-ordinator level role, with a small but dedicated team. We are delivering a small number of qualifications along with pre accredited programs, but have major plans for change afoot!

With an extension to funded scope later in this year, and a current VCAL application in the works, we are looking for an experienced RTO operator that wants to grow and develop with our organisation.

We need a leader who can be innovative, hands on and wants to make a difference!

The position will be primarily based at our Glenroy site (Head Office) with option and flexibility to at times work from our Melbourne CBD site.
