About Us

Youth Projects Ltd is a large charity established in 1984 to support young people and families of the northwest suburbs and the central business district (CBD) of Melbourne. Our RTO trades as Melbourne Training Options and is currently undergoing a major rebranding exercise ready to launch into 2018 with a bang!

We provide aspirational, life changing support through an integrated model in which multiple barriers are addressed with access to health care, counselling and drug safety, outreach services, employment, education and training.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a skilled, experienced and driven leader with demonstrated knowledge and experience managing an RTO.

With the recent appointment of a new and experienced CEO, we have serious growth aspirations in both vocational and pre accredited training delivery.

We are seeking a dynamic leader who thrives on building in partnerships and workforce development plans that meet the needs of both learners and industry.

If you can demonstrate a track record in achieving high completion rates along with innovative job outcomes, along with a working knowledge of AQTF, ASQA and Skills First requirements, you may be what we are looking for!

The position

The position will be based across our Glenroy (Head Office) and Melbourne CBD sites. The RTO Leader will lead the delivery of high quality nationally accredited courses to increase the skills of learners to become competitive in the job market. We need a leader who can be innovative, hands on and wants to make a difference! You will be well versed in developing and achieving budgeted enrolments and completion rates. You will provide clear and consistent leadership and high quality program management and provide direction and support in the development and implementation of new programs and projects.
