Supporting the Business Partner – People and Culture (BP-P&C) with all P&C related activities including but not limited to:

  • Attraction (Recruitment & On boarding)
  • Capability Development (L&D)
  • Employee relations
  • Culture and Employee Engagement
  • Work Health Safety
  • P&C Project /Audit

Intern duties / Tasks

  • Drafting and advertising position on all YP channels
  • Managing application through the candidate management system
  • Researching and organizing training
  • Researching and organizing employee engagement activities
  • Conducting Audit
  • Supporting BP-P&C with the P&C project
  • Assist with HR admin/ compliance
  • Reporting and managing P&C data base

Key requirements

  • Basic working knowledge of human resources
  • Customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Multi-tasking
  • Attention to detail
  • Presentation skills
  • Research and analytical skills
  • Time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills/ interpersonal skills
  • Take initiative
  • Self- motivated and proactive


9am – 5pm
1-2 days per week (flexible)
