Youth Projects Ltd is a large charity established in 1984 to support young people and families of the northwest suburbs and the central business district (CBD) of Melbourne. We provide aspirational, life changing support through an integrated model in which multiple barriers are addressed with access to health care, counselling and drug safety, outreach services, employment, education and training. Who we are looking for
This exciting new role will lead the organisation wide redevelopment of our approach to Quality and Business Performance. The Business Partner – Quality & Business Performance will join a small but mighty corporate team, playing a key role in enabling the growth and development of our organisation. This is a very interesting role requiring a dynamic individual with a flair for quality and data! The ability to think outside the square, work autonomously and partner with business leaders, all key to your success.
This role will support business leaders to achieve quality accreditation, lead internal and external audits, identify and manage risks, as well as leading the developing of exciting projects on data capture and use for informed decision making.
This is an incredibly diverse role offering the unique professional an interesting career path. This role will also head up the implementation of our business performance framework which will drive high performance in an outcome based funding environment.

This position is 0.8 (hours flexible) until June 2020.
