Youth Projects Ltd is a large charity established in 1984 to support young people and families of the northwest suburbs and the central business district (CBD) of Melbourne. We provide aspirational, life changing support through an integrated model in which multiple barriers are addressed with access to health care, counselling and drug safety, outreach services, employment, education and training. We are a progressive, for purpose organisation that is set to grow and develop our reputation as a leader in innovation. Who we are looking for

This is not your normal HR role. We are small but mighty. You will provide end to end support, whilst working directly with the CEO on transforming our approach to People & Culture.

This exciting new role will lead the organisation wide redevelopment of our People & Culture Plan. The Business Partner – People & Culture will join a small but mighty corporate team, playing a key role in enabling the growth and development of our organisation. This is an end to end HR role, with the ability to think outside the square, work autonomously and partner with business leaders, key to your success.

We have fewer than 100 staff, 2 main locations; many outreach programs and a diverse workforce. This role is suited to an aspiring professional who thrives on challenges and wants to make a big impact! The norm is not your space; you enjoy pushing the boundaries on new practices. The role will initially report to the CEO during the first year, working closely with Business Partners from other departments to harness a new found license to innovative!
